Chelsea defender David Luiz could reportedly replace Kalidou Koulibaly at Napoli if Rafa Benitez returns to the club.

According to The Sun, David Luiz could fill the void potentially left by Kalidou Koulibaly, who continues to be linked with the Brazilian’s employers.

Antonio Conte brought the 30-year-old back to Chelsea from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2016, and the pair won the Premier League title in their first season together.

According to The Sun, David Luiz could fill the void potentially left by Kalidou Koulibaly, who continues to be linked with the Brazilian’s employers.

However, the stopper has fallen out of favour in 2017-18 due to injuries and a reported breakdown in his relationship with Conte.

It comes a day after Benitez was linked with a return to Napoli if Maurizio Sarri stepped aside at the end of the season.
