Napoli have been charged by UEFA after fans allegedly let off fireworks during the win over Liverpool in the Champions League last night.

The Partenopei took a 1-0 win at the Stadio San Paolo, with Lorenzo Insigne’s late winner sending them top of the group.

However, they have today been charged by UEFA for breaching disciplinary regulations, with fans allegedly setting off fireworks in the home end.

Napoli have also been charged for stairways being blocked, in contravention of article 38 of the UEFA Safety and Security Regulations.
