Cagliari midfielder Nahitan Nandez is expected to land in Milan tomorrow, as his transfer to Inter and Radja Nainggolan’s move to Sardinia seem to be imminent.
Nandez had been given a few extra days off after representing Uruguay in the Copa America and to give the two clubs more time to continue the negotiations.
His summer seems to be over, though, as on Instagram Stories he posted a video of the plane that is taking him to Europe.
He’s expected to go via Madrid and eventually land in Milan, which may well be where he remains rather than head on to Sardinia.
According to La Repubblica, Inter and Cagliari have finally agreed to take a step towards each other and make the deal work.
In turn for a discount on Nandez, the Nerazzurri will allow Nainggolan to join Cagliari with a reduced fee, making both midfielders happy and ending one of the sagas of the summer.
