Radja Nainggolan acknowledges Italians are mainly concerned about injuries in the Belgium squad and admits he doesn’t know what the future has in store for him.

Italy face Belgium in the quarter-finals of UEFA Euro 2020 at Munich’s Allianz Arena on Friday.

Both Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard could miss the game with injuries.

“The Italians would want to take control of the game, but they are not calm,” Nainggolan told Gazet van Antwerpen.

“In Italy, they are mainly concerned about injuries in the Belgium squad. It’s logical Hazard, and De Bruyne are among the most important players. It could be hard for Belgium without them,” he continued.

“I often talk to Romelu Lukaku and Dries Mertens, recently I’ve also spoken with Nacer Chadli.

“Usually, we don’t talk about football, of course, I’ll support the Red Devils on Friday.”

The Inter midfielder could join Cagliari on a permanent deal in the summer.

“I’ve read it too, the only truth is that I still don’t know anything. I am enjoying my holidays, the transfer window is still open, so let’s see.”
