Inter have reportedly given the all-clear for Radja Nainggolan to start training with Cagliari tomorrow ahead of Monday’s medical.
The midfielder will make the move to his old club, who he left in 2010, on loan for one season.
It is a decision dictated by the heart rather than the head, as not only will he be back in familiar surroundings, but also allow his wife Claudia – who is from Sardinia – to be closer to her family while battling cancer.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Inter hierarchy in China have given the all-clear for Nainggolan to join Cagliari and start training with them at their Assemini ground over the weekend.
He’ll have a medical on Monday and sign the one-year contract, with Cagliari covering most of his salary.
