“Juventus deserve the League position they have in the table,” the defender noted. “It certainly won’t be easy to take them on, but we have to put in a repeat performance from the weekend.”

Motta knows Juve well given that he left Turin for Catania during the January transfer window.

“It was a great game for us,” continued the Italian international right-back. “And I’m really happy with the three points against Genoa.

“On a personal level, I’m happy that I have returned to playing even if my physical condition is still not at its best.”

The former Udinese” data-scaytid=”16″>Udinese right-back, signed outright by Juve in the summer, didn’t play a single minute under Antonio Conte for the Old Lady this term.
