Massimo Moratti insists Inter will not make a bid for Alexis Sanchez or anyone else, while “the majority of the credit for our revival is down to Leonardo.”

The Nerazzurri are flying back up the table with a 100 per cent record since he took over from Rafa Benitez on Christmas Eve.

“There is certainly spirit, desire, enthusiasm and good football, so I really could not ask for more,” said the President.

“There is certainly spirit, desire, enthusiasm and good football, so I really could not ask for more,” said the President.

“Certainly a lot of the credit for our revival is down to Leonardo. In fact, I'd say the majority of it is thanks to him, because he understood the atmosphere and found what everyone needed to do well.

“He was wonderful from a psychological stand-point and in working with the side. He really has been fantastic.”
