Alvaro Morata insists Massimiliano Allegri’s appointment ‘won’t change’ his future at Juventus: ‘I spoke to the club, but I can’t say anything…’

Morata returned to Juventus on loan from Atletico Madrid one year ago.

The Old Lady can pay €10m to extend his temporary stay for one more season or make his move permanent for €45m.

Football Italia understands the Old Lady will pay the fee to extend his loan spell and Morata revealed he has already spoken to the club about his future.

“I spoke to the club’s sporting director [Federico Cherubini] this week, but I can’t say anything unless it’s all official,” Morata told AS.

Massimiliano Allegri returned to the club after being sacked two years ago, but the Spanish striker insists his future won’t change with the Tuscan tactician in the dug-out.

“It’s everything like before, it was a strange season, we hope the next one will be better. We miss our fans, it’s much different for our opponents to play with them in the stands.”
