Barcelona consider the 22-year-old as a possible successor to full-back Dani Alves and are not willing to discuss a permanent sale.

It’s unclear whether Inter would be interested in such an option. They were hoping to sign him outright seeing as his contract at the Camp Nou currently expires in 2014.
