The Partenopei won all their Champions League home games this season against Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and Olympique Marseille.
“There will be a bit more intensity out there with the crowd behind them – I understand they will have a big crowd – and it will be a hostile environment, so I imagine they will play on that,” said the Swansea Coach.
“We have to be ready for them. As players, everyone experiences those atmospheres. It might not always be on as a big a scale as what we will face at Napoli, but these players have played in front of 80,000 or 90,000 people so they should be able to deal with it. It is part of their job.
“One goal is worth two for us if you look at it in terms of what they have to do. We didn’t get the goals we probably deserved in the home match, but looking at this match if we can get that first goal, or a couple of goals, it will make it a lot more difficult for them.
“We will go out there with a game plan and hope that it works.”
Star striker Michu is still injured and Jonjo Shelvey hasn’t made the flight to Naples either, but Ben Davies does return after missing Sunday’s game with Liverpool.
