Monaco are said to be on the verge of completing a €10m swoop for Palermo left-back Achraf Lazaar.

The 23-year-old Morocco international is seen as the ideal replacement for Layvin Kurzawa.

According to Sportitalia television, the Principality club will put forward a formal €10m offer for Lazaar on Monday, possibly with added bonuses.

His contract only runs to June 2017 and Palermo would make a massive profit, having signed him from Varese in July 2014 for just €1m.
