Parma goalkeeper Antonio Mirante says he is happy at the club but would consider other offers if they came through.

The shot-stopper’s form last season was enough for him to be named as Italy’s fourth choice for their recent World Cup campaign.

However, he departed Brazil on the eve of the tournament after all three of Gigi Buffon, Salvatore Sirigu and Mattia Perin were deemed fit enough to take their places in the squad.

“That’s the way the transfer market is, a lot of rumours go around,” Mirante said to Stabiachannel.it when asked about his club future.

“I still haven’t spoken to my agent, we will see.

“I am happy at Parma, but if an offer were to arrive we would assess it together without any problem.

“I have a great relationship with the club and the directors.”
