Milan are planning to offer Theo Hernandez a new contract later in the season, rewarding their star left back and trying to ward off interest from abroad.

The 26-year-old Frenchman has already declined approaches from Paris Saint-Germain over the last two years, wanting to move forward with the Rossoneri after a successful four-year spell in the Lombardy capital.

Hernandez has grown into one of the best left backs in the world and has continued to be a core part of Stefano Pioli’s squad, scoring 25 goals and providing 28 assists across 176 Milan games.

As reported by Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, Hernandez’s current contract expires with Milan in June 2026 and the club are keen to start laying the foundations for a new deal.

No negotiations have kicked off yet but both parties are on the same page and talks could open in the Spring, allowing the Frenchman to focus on the pitch in a busy part of the season.
