Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is expected to be called up for Friday’s game against Torino while Olivier Giroud’s agent will meet the Rossoneri directors today to finalise a contract extension for the French striker.

Ibrahimovic hasn’t yet featured for the Serie A champions this season after undergoing knee surgery in May.

He’s been training with the rest of the team for the last two days and according to Sky Sport Italia, there are high chances to see the 41-year-old included in Stefano Pioli’s squad list for tomorrow’s game with Torino at San Siro.

At the same time, Giroud’s agent will meet club directors today to finalise a one-year contract extension for his client.

According to Gazzetta and Calciomercato.com, the meeting will take place at Casa Milan today and will see Giroud sign a new €4m-a-year deal at San Siro. The ex-Arsenal and Chelsea striker currently earns €3.5m.

Giroud, 36, has scored 10 goals in 27 appearances across all competitions this season.
