Instead, the Daily Mail now suggests Manchester City have accepted the Paris Saint-Germain bid of €30m outright.
It would seem to be over for Milan, but there is still the issue of Tevez and his intentions.
If the striker holds out and turns down the PSG move, Milan could be back in the running.
