The Rossoneri sold Bryan Cristante to the Portuguese outfit at the end of the summer transfer window and today Tuttosport report on an extra detail to that deal.

The Turin publication asserts that as part of that move, Milan had a clause in place offering them a preferential option to come in for Salvio.

The 24-year-old winger is believed to be attracting the attention of a number of clubs, including the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United from England, as well as Monaco from Ligue 1.

Salvio won’t come cheap, with it believed he holds a €60m buyout clause, whilst Tuttosport suggest the Diavolo would be preparing a summer bid in the region of at least €25m to €30m.

However, Milan’s continued links to Liverpool winger Suso, who would be available on a free transfer next June, are seen as one possibility to scupper any potential move for Salvio.
