Ismael Bennacer and Zlatan Ibrahimovic reportedly trained with the rest of the team today, so they will be available against Fiorentina on Sunday.
The Rossoneri trained in the morning and according to Calciomercato.com, both players worked with the rest of the group for the entire session. Therefore, they will be available against the Tuscans on Sunday at San Siro.
Ibrahimovic was introduced in the second half of last weekend’s 2-1 win over Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico.
He delivered the assist for Sandro Tonali’s winner with a towering header. However, the Swede has been struggling with injuries this season and has only started two Serie A games in 2022. Olivier Giroud remains the favourite to get the nod in the Rossoneri attack on Sunday.
On the other hand, Bennacer didn’t play against Lazio and should start in midfield against the Tuscans. Milan are the Serie A table leaders with a two-point lead over second-placed Inter and only four games remaining.
