The Colombian winger worked with the Rossoneri Coach during their time together at Fiorentina, before an ill-fated stint with Chelsea in England.

Cuadrado has spent the past two seasons in Turin, but he dropped out of Coach Max Allegri’s starting XI toward the end of last season.

Given his red card in the Champions League final and the arrivals of Douglas Costa and Federico Bernardeschi, it has been suggested that the 29-year-old could be sold this summer.

According to calciomercato.com, while officially Cuadrado is not for sale, the Bianconeri would do business for €30m, or even €25m plus bonuses.

The website believes that Montella is keen to work with his former player again, but the Old Lady would prefer to sell abroad if anywhere.

Therefore the price for Milan would be closer to €35m.

The Rossoneri have already signed Leonardo Bonucci from the Scudetto holders this summer.
