Mihaylov will arrive for a nominal fee seeing as he only had a year left on his contract with the Dutch club.
Twente, however, will reportedly net 20 per cent of any future transfer fee for the 25-year-old custodian.
Mihaylov began his career at Levski Sofia before moves to Liverpool and Twente.
