Bologna have won just one of their last 10 matches in Serie A and have lost Mihajlovic for large parts of the season as he continues his brave battle against leukaemia.
However, the club confirmed earlier that the Serb would face the press at 10:00 GMT on Friday, accompanied by his doctors from Sant'Orsola hospital, where he has been receiving medical treatment.

It will be the first time that the former Sampdoria, Lazio and Inter man has spoken publicly since his announcement of the disease in early July.
Mihajlovic was discharged from hospital last week after his third course of chemotherapy had finished. He also underwent a bone marrow transplant.
