“I am very, very angry and other words I cannot use on television,” Mihajlovic told Sky Sport Italia.
“We gifted Cesena the first half, conceded during our best moment and then had to wait for them to score an own goal to equalise after creating dozens of chances.
“Every game we create so many opportunities and do not finish them. If you don’t score in Serie A, you’re not going to win.
“Considering where we are and the way we are playing, I see a draw at Cesena as a defeat. I see it as throwing away two points.
“Now we will analyse with the team next week why they stepped on to the field in such an unSampdoria style.
“There is no winning system. We have different tactics that we test during the week so we are able to adapt to each situation when needed.
“We changed to a 4-3-1-2 today and it worked, as we hit the woodwork, forced so many saves and missed the target. We’ve improved so much from last season, but away from home we are still lacking character and need to take our chances there too.
