"Moratti's compliments please me. I have great respect for him, but I'm a Barcelona player and I feel really good in Catalonia.
"Inter are not in my thoughts,” he reiterated.
Messi is expected to beat Inter's Wesley Sneijder in the race for the Ballon d'Or, along with Barcelona teammates Andres Iniesta and Xavi.
