Inter could be without Gary Medel for up to two months as it’s confirmed he’s injured his lateral meniscus.

The Chilean went off injured in the first half during Sunday’s Milan derby, with initial reports suggesting a sprained knee.

However, it then emerged that the problem may be more serious, with potential ligament damage.

Having subjected the midfielder to tests this afternoon, the Nerazzurri have now confirmed the bad news.
