Melo has been heavily linked with a move to Inter this summer and now appears closer than ever after the Coach’s comments.
Turkish media had reported that Gala turned down an offer of €5m plus Chile international Medel and the comments gave some idea as to why.

Turkish media had reported that Gala turned down an offer of €5m plus Chile international Medel and the comments gave some idea as to why.
“Melo isn’t of any use to Galatasaray anymore, his decision hasn’t changed because he doesn’t want to stay,” Hamzaoglu told Aksam.
“We can’t allow this investment to happen, but also Medel is a very aggressive player who could receive a lot of cards in our league.”
