Gary Medel believes Inter can “challenge for the title” after going top thanks to a 1-0 win over Roma.

The Chile international got his first goal in a Nerazzurri jersey and it proved decisive at San Siro.

“I am very happy for the goal and the victory. We knew this was an important match that could allow us to leapfrog them to the top of the table,” he told Sky Sport Italia and Mediaset Premium.
