The ex-Napoli Coach was announced as the new man at San Siro last week, and the Rome-based newspaper believe that the Belgium international will be the tactician's first arrival at the Nerazzurri.
Mazzarri may have to fight hard for his man however, as it is also claimed that Southampton and Tottenham keen on bringing the 25-year-old to the Premier League.
Nainggolan could be available for a fee of around €18m.
