Walter Mazzarri has urged his Inter side to forget their Europa League first leg and focus on the return match tomorrow.

The Nerazzurri host Stjarnan on Thursday in the second leg of their play-off, holding a 3-0 lead from the first clash.

But the Coach has insisted that his men have to play as if it were 0-0 if they want to make the group stage.

“I hope there will be a great atmosphere tomorrow that helps us get through,” he told a Press conference.

“I've asked the lads to forget the first leg result, we need to focus on our target – making the group phase.

“The lads need to show everything that I've always tried to put across to the teams I've coached.

“You can't achieve anything in modern football unless everyone pitches in and the lads believe in that approach.

“The first thing we want to prove is that we're a team that fights and can be a match for anyone.”

The tactician then revealed some selection issues ahead of the game at San Siro, and his team’s tactical flexibility.

“We're already fine in terms of numbers, what matters most is that the players coming in are fit.

“I've got three doubts over our line-up that I'll figure out in today's training game. There will be some changes. I can tell you that Carrizo and Osvaldo will play tomorrow, the latter needs some game time under his belt.

“Nagatomo will also play. Dodo has not even been included in the squad because he has a slight injury.

“Medel has trained so well that he's in contention for selection at Torino.

“I'm planning to use 3-4 different systems this season. We can play a 3-5-1-1, 3-5-2, 3-4-3, 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-2-1.

“I want us to have the mentality whereby we deserve to represent a big club like this one.”
