Napoli Coach Walter Mazzarri says he would have no problem if Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi were to join the club in the future.

Earlier this week, Rossi told reporters that he could see himself playing at the San Paolo.

Speaking after last night's 2-1 win over Bologna, which saw Napoli through to the Quarter-Finals of the Coppa Italia, Mazzarri said: "It's been seven years since I started coaching in Serie A and I have never once had any problems managing players.

"It's always better for a Coach to have strong players to choose from."

Reflecting on the game itself, he said: "We are trying to honour all the competitions in which we participate.

"There were nine changes with respect to our last game. We played very well at the start. We were very bright. I am happy with the performance.

"Up until 2-0 we got nothing wrong, then we thought about shutting up shop and committed a big mistake and risked a lot."
