It kicks off at Old Trafford on Tuesday at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
Mazic will be assisted by Milovan Ristic and Dalibor Djurdjevic.
The additional assistant referees are Nenad Djokiv and Danilo Grujic, while the fourth official is Nemanja Petrovic.
Mazic is a very experienced 45-year-old referee who officiated the 2018 Champions League Final, which saw Real Madrid beat Liverpool 3-1.

He has already been in charge of three Juventus games: a 1-0 defeat at Olympiacos in October 2014, 3-0 victory away to Borussia Dortmund in March 2015 and 0-0 group stage draw with Barcelona a year ago.
Manchester United already had Mazic officiate five of their matches, resulting in two wins, a draw and two defeats.
The most recent was a 2-1 setback at Fenerbahce in November 2016, the Europa League group phase.
Manchester United haven’t won a game with Mazic holding the whistle since their 1-0 home Champions League victory over Shakhtar Donetsk in December 2013, followed by two defeats to Wolfsburg and Fenerbahce, plus a 1-1 Europa League draw with Liverpool.
His overall record with English sides between club and country is of six wins, seven draws and seven losses.
