Lazio's Stefano Mauri has conceded that he wants to win silverware with the club as they go into the second-leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final.

The 33-year-old scored the equaliser in a 1-1 draw with Juventus” data-scaytid=”17″>Juventus in the first encounter this week, and the Italy international has admitted that reaching the final is eminently possible.

“Before the game we hoped for at least a draw, and we got it,” he told Lazio Style Radio.

“Reaching the final is definitely still possible. We know we have a great team, but we want to prove that by winning the second-leg and getting to the final.”

He also commented on this weekend's Serie A match-up with Chievo, revealing that they will be a tough proposition.

“We play Chievo this Saturday and we have not beaten them for a long time. We try not to look at statistics though – they are there to be beaten.

“We are trying not to think about Juventus at the moment, but only Serie A.”
