Alessandro Matri believes that an 'organised Sassuolo' have 'no reason to envy the biggest clubs' in Serie A.
The 32-year-old has scored five goals in total this term, four of those coming in the last two matches. Why has it taken so long for the striker to hit form?

The 32-year-old has scored five goals in total this term, four of those coming in the last two matches. Why has it taken so long for the striker to hit form?
"I arrived on August 15th without having made adequate preparation with Milan," Matri explained during an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport.
"I had not played much, I had to put in some running. I’m now at full capacity. On Sunday I was ready for to score right from the start, it doesn’t matter that it was the fastest in the league so far.
"The second? If I’d wanted to cross it, I’d have hit the ball in a different way, not with the inside of my neck."
Matri was then asked about teammates Domenico Berardi and Gregoire Defrel, both who have been subject to transfer speculation.
"Domenico has outstanding qualities and when we play together it facilitates my movement. With a trequartista behind I can have more space because they take up a central defender.
"It would be a shame if Defrel leaves, we can play well together. He varies the play, and I like to move into the area.
"At Sassuolo I have found an organised club, that has no reason to envy the biggest clubs.
"Now and each and every one of us has a goal. I’m thinking about finishing in double figures, with the young players it's to continue to grow.
"And as a team our objective is to forget the first half of the campaign."
