The agent of Matias Fernandez has corroborated reports that the Fiorentina midfielder is on the verge of joining Cagliari.
Tuttomercatoweb claimed earlier in the day that a season-long loan had been agreed between Fiorentina and Cagliari for Fernandez, and the Chilean’s representative Alejandro Santiesteban admits it is a waiting game, as far as the Rossoblu are concerned.
“We’re waiting, [but] Cagliari are option that we’re considering,” he told Calciomercato.com.
