According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri could recall Mastour early from his Malaga loan in order to hand him over to Palermo.
In exchange, Milan would get the upper hand for Vazquez, who has also been linked with Juventus and several overseas clubs.
Palermo already have Bryan Cristante on loan, another former Milan youth prodigy who never quite managed to hit his stride.
