“Despite the fact I am the one preparing us for the game, it seems clearly to me that I’m going to ask Peppe a few questions,” said the Coach.
“He knows what Walter Mazzarri’s ideas are, having played for him. He can certainly bring me some useful advice ahead of Saturday’s match.”
Novara are practically relegated even if they do earn a shock victory in Naples, as they are 11 points adrift of the safety zone with six games to go.
“We are in a difficult position and there is no point denying that, but Novara’s best response could only be on the field against Napoli. Novara are a team who give it 100 per cent to the bitter end.”
