Racing Club striker Lautaro Martinez has arrived in Italy to take his Inter medical and sign for the club.
The striker has had a deal with the Nerazzurri for some time, but his current club had wanted to keep him for the latter stages of the Copa Libertadores.
This afternoon he touched down on a flight from Sao Paulo, and it’s expected he’ll take his medical tomorrow.
Martinez didn’t say anything to the waiting fans, but he did sign a Racing Club shirt as he left the terminal.

The youngster will join up with Luciano Spalletti's side in July, as the Beneamata rejected Racing's request to keep him until December.
