“At the moment Parma's problem is psychological and probably down to the anxiety of needing a result at all costs.
“We did not come here to unify the squad, as we are already a solid unit. Staying together for a long time helps you to find solutions to problems.”
If the Ducali are hoping to hang on to their Coach, then Roma have already changed theirs and Vincenzo Montella will have his first home game in charge.
“The Roma we'll face tomorrow won't be too different from Claudio Ranieri's version. It's true there have been some tactical changes, but with Luciano Spalletti and even Ranieri they had already played like that.”
