Parma have confirmed they will be without McDonald Mariga for around a month after he suffered a thigh strain.
The midfielder made his first Serie A start for 10 months, but lasted only a few minutes before limping off with a muscular problem against Genoa.
The club today announced that tests showed a lesion to the top of the left thigh and the prognosis is around 20-25 days.
