Lazio are still without Senad Lulic and Federico Marchetti for the visit of Carpi, the club’s doctor confirms.
Both players have been out since before the Christmas break, with goalkeeper Marchetti pulling a hamstring while celebrating a goal, and Lulic suffering a horror gym injury.

“Marchetti and [Santiago] Gentiletti are working to return next week,” said Roberto Bianchini, updating Lazio Style Radio on the injury situation.
“They’re doing work in the pool and the gym. Next week we’ll do tests to see what their situation is. [Antonio] Candreva has got over the flu and is available to the Coach.
“Lulic had a test this afternoon. The plan was to remove the stitches in his third finger, but the fourth finger is reacting quite well.
“If we take those stitches out the strength may start to come back and he could start training next week.”
