“We’re well aware of the difficulties in this game, but we are also confident we will have our say in Florence. We want to challenge ourselves at this level.
“Fiorentina have a lot of quality and looking down the list of players you can see the technical ability leap out at you. However, we have quality too and we want to show it.
“We must always control our own destiny and not look too much at what our opponents do. The mentality has improved and we want to challenge ourselves against the best.
“We must continue believing in what we do, but never losing that desire to work for the team and each other. That is our prerogative.”
