Italy Under-21 boss Devis Mangia has claimed that this week's friendly against Germany will be a good test for his team.
The Azzurini face Die Mannschaft at Stadio Degli Ulivi in Andria on Wednesday, and the 38-year-old has insisted that the game will show how far they've come as a team.
“We will continue the work that we began two years ago,” he told a Press conference. “I've given my boys a clear idea of how to play.
“We haven't had a lot of time to prepare, but what time we do have we can't waste.
“Our goal remains to qualify for the European Championships [this summer], and the friendly against Germany will show us where we are in terms of that objective.”
