Italian Under-21 boss Devis Mangia insists he isn’t thinking about a return to club football for 2013-14.

The former Palermo tactician is only tied to the Italian Football Federation until the summer and he could be targeted by a number of club outfits ahead of the new campaign.

“Out of respect to my players, the Federation and myself, I’m not going to waste any mental energy thinking about the future,” he stated to calciomercato.it.

“I just want to give my all for the upcoming Under-21 European Championship. At the end of that tournament then we’ll evaluate things.

“The only certainty I have about my future is that I have not been contacted by any team interested in hiring me.”

The Azzurrini will face England, hosts Israel and Norway in the group phase of the championships which will be played in June.
