Roberto Mancini denied having any contact with Paris Saint-Germain and is “in no rush to get back to work.”

The former Inter boss is currently a free agent and has been linked with the PSG job if Unai Emery gets the sack.

“I hope it will be a wonderful 2017 and we’ll see what happens,” Mancio told Mediaset Premium today.

“These rumours are just that and they are normal when there’s a Coach who is out of contract. Some clubs don’t have a great season and therefore people like to play at creating links.

“The truth is I haven’t had any contact with anyone. There’s absolutely nothing concrete with Paris Saint-Germain and I’m in no rush to get back to work.”

Mancini’s protégé Mario Balotelli has rediscovered his form in Ligue 1 with OGC Nice.

“I am happy he’s going well and hope he continues like this, because he’s a very talented player. He’s still young and I hope for him that things continue like this.”

Inter have gone through Frank de Boer and now Stefano Pioli since Mancini left in pre-season, but the Coach refused to comment on the current situation.

“It’s not that I don’t want to talk about it, but rather I have nothing left to say.”
