Transfer pundit Ben Jacobs says Manchester United are the ‘only Premier League club’ to have held talks with Bologna for Joshua Zirzee.
The Dutch striker is having an impressive season at the Stadio Dall’Ara with eight goals in 22 appearances across all competitions this season.
He has been linked with a number of top European clubs in the summer, including Milan, Manchester United and even Bayern Munich given that the Bavarians are Zirkzee’s former club and have a €40m clause to re-sign him at the end of the season.
Bologna director Marco Di Vaio has recently revealed that only Bayern Munich can activate Zirkzee’s €40m clause at the end of the season.
Transfer pundit Ben Jacobs has told Caught Offside that Arsenal have also joined the race for the 22-year-old and Tottenham could be involved too, but to date, the Red Devils are the only Premier League club to have sounded out the striker’s availability for next season.
