The Granata patron warned over the weekend that he would not sell the Serbian international, and repeated those sentiments after last night’s Coppa Italia win over Pescara.
“The market is closed for Maksimovic, he’ll stay,” Cairo told Sky.

“The market is closed for Maksimovic, he’ll stay,” Cairo told Sky.
“Napoli’s offer of €12m plus bonuses is not adequate. It’s the offer of someone who doesn’t strongly want the player.
“Or, if they do want him, then they’re looking for a bargain. I’m sorry for the Napoli fans, it seems like I just don’t want to give them the player.
“I just want to keep the strong ones.”
