The Serbian international has been linked with West Ham United, among others, but having sold Kamil Glik to Monaco, the Granata aren’t prepared to lose two of their first-choice defenders in one summer.
“He has to stay with us,” Cairo said on Radio 24.
“I didn’t sell him last year when I had big offers.
