Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini says he’s spoken to ‘major clubs’ about selling Paulo Dybala this summer.

The Argentinian striker is hot property after a fanstastic season for the Rosanero so far, and Zamparini has already admitted that he will not be able to tie him down, with the likes of Arsenal linked.

“Palermo can be self-sufficient,” the patron told the club’s official website.

“We don’t have any need for cash injections, although we’ll have that this year thanks to Dybala’s departure.

“We’ve worked hard on this, and we’re comfortable. The team is very good, and there will be four or five new faces to support those who are already here, and replace the players who have been sold.

“Dybala? The major European clubs have contacted me, I’ve spoken directly with the Presidents of interested clubs in England and France.

“There’s a lot of interest, the lad is very talented, and we’ll try to reach an agreement with his agent, family and everyone to suit their interests, as well of those of Palermo who helped him grow.”
