FC Zurich Coach Ludovic Magnin believes they “showed too much respect” to Napoli and want to give them a real game at the San Paolo.
The Partenopei won the Europa League Round of 32 first leg 3-1 in Switzerland, putting them in a commanding position.
“We didn’t play to our usual level in the first leg, we didn’t show what we can do and tomorrow we want to play with more grit,” said the Coach in his Press conference.

“We were too focused on what Napoli were doing and forgot to pay attention to how we ought to be playing. We have to play better, there is no real pressure on us and we hope to at least prove what we are really capable of.
“It’s an honour to play against Carlo Ancelotti, just as it is to face Napoli, but we showed too much respect in the first leg. Napoli can go all the way in the Europa League, but anything can happen in football.”
