Lazio wing-back Jordan Lukaku has suffered a thigh injury, forcing him to pull out of the Belgium squad.
The defender pulled up in training last night, and has been replaced in the squad by Christian Kabasele.
Lukaku is believed to be struggling with a thigh flexor problem, and he’ll return to Rome to be evaluated by the Biancocelesti’s medical staff.
The 23-year-old has made nine appearances for the Aquile in all competitions this season.
