Multiple reports in Italy claim Romelu Lukaku will partially train with the rest of the team today and will be on the bench against Fiorentina on Saturday.

The Belgian striker has been out of action since the end of August due to a muscle issue and has only played three games for the Nerazzurri so far, scoring one goal.

He underwent a medical examination yesterday and the results were quite positive, so Lukaku has been given the green light to return to group training gradually.

According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, the Chelsea loanee will partially train with the group today and complete an entire training session with the team on Thursday.

He could be available for the match against Fiorentina on Saturday, starting the following Champions League clash against Viktoria Plzen at San Siro.

Corriere Dello Sport and Tuttosport confirm the 29-year-old should be on the bench against Fiorentina at the Stadio Franchi.
