That is according to Sky Sport Italia market expert Gianluca Di Marzio after he revealed that the midfielder will be handed a two-year contract.
Luciano, who left the Verona outfit at the end of his contract last month, is expected to undergo his medical on Tuesday.
The 37-year-old joined the Flying Donkeys in 2000 from Bologna. He spent six months on loan at Inter in 2003 before returning.
Luciano originally arrived in Italy in 1998 with the false identity of Eriberto. He was later banned for six months as a result.
